Terms of Use
These terms describe the service contract for using GlassForty. The publication details identify the responsible publisher and governing law.
Governing law: Mandatory consumer law and the Apple Standard EULA apply; no statutory rights are waived.

Website log retention: Railway may retain infrastructure logs under its current Privacy Policy; GlassForty runs no web analytics.
Diagnostics retention: Optional app diagnostics follow the configured provider policy and exclude Health data, player names and point-by-point scores.
Support retention: Support requests are deleted after 365 days unless you request earlier deletion or law requires a longer period.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By installing or using the public GlassForty app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country and comply with Apple platform terms.
2. The service
GlassForty provides Watch-first padel scoring, match recovery, local history, optional workout recording and optional Pro insights, scoring presets and CSV export. It is not an officiating authority, medical device, emergency service or guaranteed record of an official competition.
Scoring remains your responsibility. Review the displayed rules and result before finalizing a match.
3. License and acceptable use
The publisher grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you control.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, abuse or interfere with the app or purchase systems except where law expressly permits.
- Do not use GlassForty to violate privacy, intellectual-property or competition rules.
- Do not treat workout or heart-rate information as medical advice.
4. Free features and purchases
Watch scoring, offline recovery and core history are intended to remain available without a subscription. GlassForty Pro may unlock local insights, custom scoring presets and CSV export.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Before confirmation, the App Store displays the binding local price, subscription period, trial eligibility and renewal terms. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through Apple; the lifetime option is a non-consumable purchase rather than a subscription. Manage, cancel or restore purchases through Apple and in-app Settings. Refunds follow Apple policies and applicable law.
5. Health and safety
Workout features are optional. Permission denial, an existing workout or missing Health data must not block scorekeeping. Stop playing and seek qualified help when health or safety requires it.
6. Availability and changes
Offline-first design reduces network dependence but cannot guarantee that hardware, operating systems or third-party services will never fail. Back up your devices and report recovery problems promptly.
Features may change to improve reliability, comply with law or platform policy, or protect users. Material reductions to paid functionality will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law.
7. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
If applicable law does not allow a disclaimer or limitation in these Terms, that disclaimer or limitation does not apply to you.
8. Apple platform
Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of the end-user license where required by the App Store terms. Apple’s Standard EULA, or a custom EULA selected in App Store Connect, also applies to the downloaded app; these Terms do not replace mandatory Apple terms.
